Purpose

The purpose of the organization is to:

1. Enrich the lives of those engaged in the daily fight of HIV and/or complications as a result of HIV and/or HIV treatment through various outreach functions including direct contributions to those suffering from HIV and/or complications as a result of HIV and/or HIV treatment as well as contributions to duly recognized 501(c) (3) organizations that service the HIV community, and to educate and engage the community at large.
2. Fund the creation and operations of a public community center to facilitate education and engagement of the community, for the community at large.

The organization will accomplish this purpose through various fundraising social events held throughout the year and at least one annual cornerstone fundraising social event, collectively known as the organization's activities. The fundraising social events throughout the year will promote the cornerstone fundraising event by making people aware of the cornerstone event while fundraising for the purpose the organization at the same time.
